Where care meets you where you are

​Project Haven is a community-based program that brings essential, free or low-cost services to you. We work with trusted partners, including NC211, to help community members access critical resources—whether it’s health, safety, or home support. By meeting people where they are, we aim to remove barriers, build trust, and create stronger, more connected neighborhoods where everyone has the chance to thrive. With our collaboration with schools, churches, housing authorities and prisons, we hope to reach out to vast amounts of people and give them hope by connecting them with these resources!
